I was inspired by Masanobu Fukuoka, Marc-André Selosse and Eric Petiot. Limiting myself to the specifications of AB certification is not enough for me. From the beginning, I implemented cultural practices to cope with climate change and protect biodiversity: vineyard management following the physiology of the vine, braiding, mulching, plant cover, phytotherapy, late pruning. Being a winemaker is a craftsman's job. Thus, I work alone without a tractor and practice no-till in order to intervene as little as possible in the vineyard in order to restore life to the soil. My vinification is done with indigenous yeasts without inputs with just a homeopathic dose of sulfur if necessary. My plots are located in the communes of Romanèche-Thorins, Régnié-Durette and Blacé. The estate will maintain its current size in order to offer plot-by-plot vintages and produce a quality wine. My range will therefore consist of Moulin à Vent and Régnié vintages, and Beaujolais Blacé (Villages) and Beaujolais.
