In 2023 I worked with Le domaine du Pigeonnier, Vincent Fargier, Les vins de la chamaille, Domaine des Bardes, in 2024 the Domaine des Agrions was added
2023 was my first vintage, after 18 years of desire and hesitation, always with one foot in wine, I finally took the plunge to move on to the part that excites me the most, making it! I had the chance to vinify Pinot, Gamay and Syrah in pure juice.
4 vintages were born from it, the 4 were worked without any input using an old ratchet press that I restored, stainless steel vats and buckets when gravity is no longer enough! So everything by hand with a lot of love and energy!
