After studying enology in Burgundy, François Dhumes worked for different winemakers in the Rhone valley.
He then returned to his native region, Auvergne, where he joined a group of natural winemakers, he bought vines and chose the most natural viticulture possible and winemaking without inputs. He then began to make wine with Francine and, in 2017, they built a new winery and a house in Orcet.
They currently have 4.40 ha of vines and also produce vintages in collaboration with the KRK Collective
