Located on the foothills of Coiron on basaltic soils, which provide strong minerality, the vines have been cultivated organically since 2009. We do not use any synthetic product for the treatments, algae and plants are used to strengthen the plant. No chemical weed control, pesticides. And particular attention is paid to the soils in order to favor a living soil with a maximum of biodiversity so that a good balance is created between the soil and the vine. Because on a healthy vine, the grape has everything it takes for the fermentations to take place at their best. Currently we produce our wines on 1 hectare, but plantations around the farm are in progress. Our goal is to make natural wines, that is to say without added sulphites, without the contribution of selected yeasts, which fully express the terroir that brought them. And it is the microorganisms present in the soil that will play the role of indigenous yeasts in fermentation.
