Domaine des Longs is committed to revitalizing local wine production in the Brié and Angonnes area, in the Belledonne massif, in Isère.
Under the Organic Agriculture label, this estate respects the environment while offering micro-cuvées in white, rosé and red.
Harvested by hand, in small openwork crates, with sorting in the plot if necessary.
Almost systematic scratching of the reds.
Cold settling for 24 to 48 hours on white wines.
Pneumatic press for gentle pressing and suitable for the wine to come.
Managing fermentation temperature and paying particular attention to cellar work (pumping over...).
Winemaking objectives: indigenous yeasts, little or no SO2, no fining, no filtration. To achieve these objectives, particular attention is paid to hygiene and equipment.
Each vintage is vinified in plots and as a single varietal, with varied aging in stainless steel tanks, barrels and jars.
