Golden yellow in colour. On the nose there are scents of yellow flowers, candied citrus fruits, vanilla but also syruped apricots and pleasant balsamic notes. On the palate there is a good persistence with an aromatic and elegant finish and an almond and caramel aftertaste. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks without temperature control. Alc. 12% by Vol.
