An organic, biodynamic white wine from Lazio made from hand-harvested Trebbiano and Malvasia, spontaneously fermented and aged in amphorae and concrete barrels. It’s unfiltered, with native-yeast fermentation reflecting the volcanic terroir. Aromatically, it shows crisp apple and citrus, with herbal and floral whispers, and on the palate it delivers bright acidity, minerality, and a lingering soft earthy finish. Alc. 13,5% Vol.
