Pure Chenin Blanc from two different vintages: 2020 and 2021. The grapes come from the hillside of Puy Notre Dame in the Saumur appellation and were pressed directly. After the initial fermentation, the wine was aged on average 15 months in neutral oak barrels. This wine has a refreshing acidity accompanied by a bouquet of stone fruits. Alc. 13,5% Vol.
