"La Colline du Bouc". The grape comes from a part of the Praelatenberg hillside. A southeast-facing hillside bordering the forest. Despite it's exposure, the area stays cool due to the forest. The wine has strong flavours of ripe citrus fruits. 50% aging in 350L barrels and 50% aging in stainless steel vats for 11 months. Alc. 14% Vol.
