Yvon Métras vinifie ces cuvées depuis la fin des années 80. Situé à Romanèche-Thorins, son domaine dont la surface est de 5 hectares est une référence dans la culture de vignes issues de l'agriculture biologique conduite en biodynamie. Ces vieilles vignes (dont certaines datent de 1898) produisent un vin unique que le temps n'a pas l'air d'altérer. A découvrir absolument !
