Biodyn Weinhof Haider

For four generations, the Haider family has been pressing their grapes of the highest quality. The sandy and gravelly brown earth soils of the vineyards Siebenmahd, Weissee, Hofacker and Neubruch, and the Pannonian wine climate make the vines thrive as it should. The grapes are carefully hand-picked and refined using modern cellaring techniques, using old and proven methods as well. The wines are left as natural as possible (for example, vegan, very little sulfur, ...). The experience of the winemaker contributes to sensitive handling to produce fine wines.
