Small vineyard created by Nadia Beaune and Maxime Gros, located in Forez (42). The vault is in the heights of Marcilly-le-Châtel at 650 meters above sea level. The estate has 3ha of Gamay Saint-Romain, 0.5ha of Seibel 54/55 and the planting of one hectare of Souvignier Gris in 2022. Soil work by animal traction, motorized cultivation and with a pickaxe. Volcanic, granitic and basaltic soils. Main size in Cordon and Goblet. Certified and controlled by ECOCERT with biodynamic practices. Bringing the grapes back into the cellar as healthy as possible, the sorting is done in the vineyard during the manual harvest. No added inputs or sulfites. No fining or filtration, in the bottles there may be natural deposits for this reason. (Pure Juice)
