Peasant winegrowers established in 2019, in Burgundy, in the north of Mâconnais, in Saint Gengoux de Scissé (71260), in an appellation where there are few independent winegrowers, we operate 3.20 hectares and we wish to show that another mode of production is possible.

A little different in the landscape, because we are certified Organic Agriculture, we follow the principles of Biodynamics and plow our vines with our Comtois horses, we decided to follow our convictions and it works!

When ripe, the grapes are picked by hand then gently pressed, this allows us to fully respect the nature of our terroirs.

After a light settling, the native yeasts present on the grapes allow the natural start of alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentations then start spontaneously.

Our wines are aged on fine lees in stainless steel vats, barrels or oak barrels until the beginning of summer. Our wines are not filtered and we bottle them ourselves.

We are passionate winegrowers and we will be happy to share our philosophy and our know-how.

Un peu &agrave; part dans le paysage, car certifier Agriculture Biologique, nous suivons les principes de la Biodynamie et labourons nos vignes avec nos chevaux comtois, nous avons d&eacute;cid&eacute;s de suivre nos convictions et &ccedil;a marche !
&Agrave; maturit&eacute;, les raisins sont cueillis &agrave; la main puis press&eacute;s en douceur, cela permet de respecter pleinement la nature de nos terroirs.
Apr&egrave;s un l&eacute;ger d&eacute;bourbage, les levures indig&egrave;nes, pr&eacute;sentes sur les raisins, permettent le d&eacute;marrage naturel de la fermentation alcoolique. Les fermentations malolactiques d&eacute;marrent par la suite spontan&eacute;ment.
Nos vins sont &eacute;lev&eacute;s sur lies fines en cuves inox, f&ucirc;ts ou demi muids de ch&ecirc;ne jusqu&rsquo;en d&eacute;but d&rsquo;&eacute;t&eacute;.&nbsp;Nos vins ne sont pas filtr&eacute;s et nous r&eacute;alisons nous m&ecirc;me les mises en bouteilles.
