Rêvinlution is an association, which does not have a vineyard, represented by Béné, Tom and Solène.
We are nomadic artisan winemakers and we source grapes mainly in South Ardèche from passionate organic or C3 conversion winegrowers.
Rêvinlution aims to promote ancestral methods of winemaking without inputs (yeasts, SO2, filtration, etc.) as well as the restoration of old equipment related to wine.
We make wine in Ardèche by spontaneous fermentation (native yeasts) and do not add any inputs. After fermentation we return to South Gironde to a collective place (La Papet') where we have our cellar, do the aging, washing of bottles, bottling and storage.
For ecological concerns, we deposit our bottles and our crates.
We deposit 1 Euro per empty bottle (from the estate) returned.
If you want to come see us, it is best that you call us before so that we can guide you in this large collective place that is La Papet'.
