Terrazze Singhie is born in Nov 2017. We're in Orco Feglino, west Liguria. We've a little vineyard (0.6 hectars) in 29 terraces, sorrounded by the forest. The variety we farm is Lumassina, white grapes from the area. We do organic farming and we aplly for the certification in Oct 2019, with Codex SRL. We also use biodynamic preparations. In the cellar we interfere less as possible. The fermentation is spontaneous, we do maceration on skin and then we move the wine in barrels. The wine is unfine and unfiltered. In 2018 we've produces 2936 bottles. We're now part of Vinnatur assosiacion.
