Extremely fresh and acidic face of Kadarka from oldest vines in the World. Plantings, as the name suggests, from 1880. One of the most interesting wines I have event drunk.
Fermented in open vats, matured in used Hungarian oak for 12 months. Unfiltered & unfined. Some residual sugar but with nice acidity at the same time. Like it!
