Belle découverte ! Moi qui a goûter le 14, même en 16 je suis surpris ! Du Persan et de la Mondeuse qui donnent un vin dans la délicatesse et l’élégance. Une robe rubis, avec en attaque du fruit et une belle acidité, des arômes de fruit des bois, de griottes, des tanins qui se resserrent en fin de bouche, mais mûrs. Un vin qui me fait penser à Hubert de Montille dans Mondovino sur la persistance aromatique: celui-ci en a !
Très bon en milieu de dégustation mais n’a pas tenu la longueur malheureusement !
A robust deep red wine - heavy in the sense that it had a deep spice and yes I can see also a minerality that brightens it almost in a an aromatic way, but by taste. I see people describe it as eucalyptus but it’s not quite that to me, but agree in its sense of being deep, spicy and “clean” at the same time?
