As always the smaller Sicilian vineyards nail the $30 price point. Not super acidic but some good stone fruit notes. I’m sure the color is throwing a bias but strong taste of apricot. Wouldn’t pair this with fish as much but great with some of the moorish/Sicilian dishes (cous cous would be perfect)
Delicious. Dry. I poured it cold, more cold than chilled. Damn good.
Véritable vin orange. Aromatique, sec, très interessant. Ça donne très envie de goûter les autres cuvées. Abricot.
