We are a 7ha family estate located in à Marmande. We benefit from a clay-limestone hillside facing south. facing south on which we grow Merlot, Malbec, Abouriou and Gros Manseng. The vineyard is fragmented; in plots surrounded by hedges and natural groves.

We have to heart to produce wines which are anchored as much as possible in their environment, both at the same time the vineyard and the winery, this is why we have been working in Demeter biodynamics since 2017. The choice of grape varieties is also crucial for us: we are part of the South-West and in the south-west. We are both very close to Bordeaux, and our vines represent this situation well: Malbec and Gros Manseng for the South West, Merlot for Bordeaux and Abouriou for our identity. own of Marmandais!

À the vines, mowing, weeding, protection and trimming are carried out mechanically, all other work is manual, including the harvest.

In the cellar, our vinification is done with native yeasts and we only add sulphites after analyzing needs and just before bottling. Aging takes place in vats, in stoneware eggs and in oak barrels, depending on the vintage. Our philosophy is to offer the most natural wines possible, with the ultimate goal of a “natural method” wine without added sulphites, which we offer in one of our 100% Malbec vintages.

Nous sommes un domaine familial de 7ha situ&eacute; &agrave; Marmande. Nous b&eacute;n&eacute;ficions d'un coteau argilo calcaire orient&eacute; plein sud sur lequel nous &eacute;levons le merlot, le malbec, l'abouriou et le gros manseng. Le vignoble est morcel&eacute; en parcelles entour&eacute;es de haies, de bosquets naturels.
Nous avons &agrave; c&oelig;ur de produire des vins qui s'ancrent le plus possible dans leur environnement, &agrave; la fois &agrave; la vigne et au chai, c'est pourquoi nous travaillons en biodynamie Demeter, depuis 2017. &Agrave; la vigne, la tonte, le d&eacute;sherbage, la protection et le rognage sont effectu&eacute;s m&eacute;caniquement, tous les autres travaux sont manuels, y compris les vendanges.
Au chai, nos vinifications se font en levures indig&egrave;nes et nous n'ajoutons des sulfites qu'apr&egrave;s analyse des besoins et juste avant la mise en bouteille. L'&eacute;levage se fait en cuve, en &oelig;uf en gr&egrave;s et en barrique de ch&ecirc;ne, selon les cuv&eacute;es. Notre philosophie est de proposer les vins les plus naturels possibles, avec en finalit&eacute;, un vin "m&eacute;thode nature" sans sulfites ajout&eacute;s, que nous proposons sur une de nos cuv&eacute;es 100% malbec.
