Our winery "Bediani" was established in 2017 in the village of Dzevr in the Imereti region. We produce natural wine from our own vineyards. Our vineyard is located on the mountain slopes on limestone soil, which contributes to the different aromas of the wine. Lakh remains in the vineyard. We produce Tsitska, Tsolikouri, Dzelshavi, Tsitska-Tsolikouri wines. Up to 3000 bottles per year, grapes are picked in September-October, pressed and fermented in our small cellar in vats, where it stays for 6-7 months, after which it is transferred to a stainless steel tank, where it stays for up to 5 months, after which it is poured into bottles without filtering and transferred to the storage room. We do not use any synthetic additives, we do not use sulfur in the wine, and fermentation takes place under natural conditions without any intervention.
