When the vines took over in 2021, I launched into agroforestry by planting hedges and organizing the planting of intra-plot trees. This adventure gave the name to my first vintage: “Aux Arbres”.

Change the paradigm to cultivate vines in agroecology, prepare them and adapt to climate change. Biodiversity to bring poetry to this monoculture, no-till cultivation and late mowing, various mulch tests, biochar, LiFoFer…

I seek to bring the soil back to life and bring it to self-fertility. Ambitions that I share within our VVB association (Vignerons du Vivant en Beaujolais). In the cellar I remain minimalist: I simply vat the grapes in whole bunches and watch the life force operate!
