2.4 ha micro-estate, including: - 1.24 ha in 2018, certified organic; - expansion of 0.93 ha in 2022, in organic conversion (2023: 2nd year) - expansion of 0.23 ha in 2023, in organic conversion (2023: 1st year) The entire estate is in Brouilly cru (pink granite soil); except 3600m2, which are in Beaujolais Villages (volcanic rocks and shale). All our vines are either certified organic or in organic conversion. Our harvests are manual. We vinify with native yeasts, without adding sulphites, in whole bunches.
