The bio-dynamic winemaker creates a unique work for each vintage. His scientific and poetic approach allows him to enhance the richness and finesse of his terroir. The soil and the vines are pampered by the application of herbal teas of chamomile, yarrow, dandelion, valerian, nettle, horsetail... This approach makes it possible to transmit the love of a gesture for an authentic and unique wine.
