Young estate, first wines in 2020. A few plots located in Toulois (54, AOC Côtes de Toul), for a total of around 1ha. Vines aged 30 to 40 years, mainly Gamay and Pinot Noir in addition, pruned in Guyot. No tillage since the resumption of the plots, natural grass mowed sparingly. Only sulfur and copper during treatments. All other work in the vineyard is manual. Since 2021, vinification at my place in Laxou, near Nancy.
