Every three years, the overall management of the domain is entrusted to; a duo of young people wishing to follow a general apprenticeship and in the field of the winegrower profession. This encompasses various facets such as business management, financial management, vine cultivation, cellar management and administrative tasks... After this three-year intensive practical experience, during from which they supervise and develop three vintages bearing their names, the pair cedes responsibilities to a new generation, thus perpetuating the cycle.

Biodynamic practices are also integrated into the wine regime.
