Our organic winery Rebhalde is located in Stäfa on Lake Zurich. It is nestled on a terrace above the Lattenberg at the southeastern end of the Pfannenstiel. We run the 9-hectare farm in the fourth generation and have been certified organic since the beginning of 2023. High above Lake Zurich with a far-reaching view of the Alps, we enjoy the best conditions to produce unique, delicate and profound cold-climate wines. Nature is our greatest inspiration. Listening to it, respecting it, is both our task and our goal. With the help of biodynamics we have found natural solutions to support the soils and the vines with special preparations as well as plant teas. This is our path that leads us back to the original, to the pure terroir. Low alcohol levels, an invigorating acidity, and a freshness that makes you want more: The organic winery Rebhalde stands for cold-climate wines that reflect the climate of Lake Zurich year after year.
