Cantina Dessolis currently produces a single wine: "Dóvaru", a red obtained from Cannonau grapes, a typical Sardinian vine, whose seeds were found in a nuraghe and from tests date back more than 3000 years ago. The vineyards are exposed to the east for a total of 2 hectares. All the work, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, is carried out in a natural way without adding chemicals, so as to allow the wine to express all its terroir. Two treatments with powdered sulfur are carried out in the vineyard, one in pre-flowering and one in post-flowering. In the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous on its own lees. The harvest is manual and the plowing is done with a tracked tractor.
