We are a micro-winery located in southeastern Styria and have dedicated ourselves to biodynamic farming practices. As micro-winegrowers, we maintain a small vineyard spanning half a hectare. We aim to transform our vineyards into a sustainable and biodiverse habitat for plants, insects, animals and all other organisms.

Our winemaking process begins with carefully harvesting the grapes, followed by skin maceration. After maceration we employ a traditional wooden basket press. All our wines ferment naturally in several used oak barriques, with the exclusive use of skin yeasts.

By embracing a hands-off approach, we allow our wines to develop without any intervention. Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay are our primary grape varieties.

Our objective is to provide our wines with ample time to achieve optimal balance and harmony. To accomplish this, we age all our wines for a minimum of 23 months. Patience is the heart of our winemaking philosophy. We strive to create wines that embody our passion and dedication to organic and natural practices.
