The Candeloro farm takes care of a 2.5 hectare vineyard located in Vittorito, one of the Cru d'Abruzzo. Only copper, in small quantities, and sulfur are used in the vineyard. The activities are all carried out manually and the varieties planted are Trebbiano and Montepulciano. The vinification takes place in steel, without temperature control and with only indigenous yeasts. The wine is called Paró: in the white, red and rosé versions and is produced only with proprietary grapes.
