All wines from Fujimaru Brewery have minimal addition of antioxidants. There is a risk of quality deterioration if exposed to temperature changes, so please control at low temperatures (16 degrees or less).
The origins of Fujimaru Brewery (Shimanouchi / Kiyosumi Shirakawa): In
2010, Papille Co., Ltd., which runs wine shops such as the wine shop FUJIMARU and Cave de Papille, joined Katashimo Wine & Food (commonly known as Katashimo Winery) with several volunteers. , Borrowed "Do no Uchihata" (Muscat Berry A) in Ogata, Kashiwara City, and started consignment brewing at Katashimo Winery, and started the "Domaine de Papille" brand. In 2011, "Iwasaki Tanihata", which was an abandoned cultivated land, was rented from the landowner by the mediation of the affiliated organization Midori Kosha in Osaka Prefecture. Reopened and created a hedge-tailored vineyard (Merlot, etc.). In 2012, a new field of Delaware and Berry A was rented in Takaida. In addition, Delaware in Taishi Town was brewed on consignment with Asuka Wine in Habikino City. In 2013, a brewery was established in the island in the center of Osaka city. In addition to our own field grapes, we purchase grapes from Osaka and other parts of Japan and brew them. It is an urban winery "Shimauchi Fujimaru Brewery" that is unique in Japan. Since 2013, all have been brewed at Shimanouchi Fujimaru Brewery. And in August 2015, Fujimaru Brewery was opened in Kiyosumi Shirakawa, Tokyo. Here, the raw grapes are mainly brewed by a viticulture farmer in eastern Japan.
Grape making:
Wine made from grapes in our own managed field of about 2ha is released as "Cube Papille Series". In addition, we purchase and brew high quality grapes from all over Japan. In the fields managed by our company, except for Bordeaux mixture, we tried to control only 2-3 times a year and reduce pesticides, and all the agricultural work was done carefully by hand. Harvested grapes are selected and only healthy grains are used. While imagining the faces of customers who drink wine, the staff and volunteers worked together to make wine. Thanks to the help of so many people, our wine is ready.
