Created in 2016, SARL Trescol é Bouit, Vinifies its wines in the Rhône valley, in Saint-Julien-en-Saint-Alban (Ardèche) not far from the Brézème appellation. It is by wishing to remake wines as in the past that Sandro and Jonathan created a 150hl cellar and produced free wines, off the beaten track. The 3ha vineyard grows over the years, the grapes are picked by hand from the most beautiful plots selected according to their potential. The wines are made with respect for the environment thanks to vinifications that are not very interventionist, natural for an authentic taste.
