About
Rebula Santei is of pale brown, almost orange colour and medium flavoured on the nose, with a gentle scent of citruses and Mediterranean herbs. Fresh, crisp and mouth-watering on the palate, it has an intense and complex taste, characterized by skin contact and maturation in oak barrels. It is best matched with a warm starter like pasta or risotto. Organic and Demeter certified.
