Founded in 2021 near the picturesque Castel San Pietro, Tenuta Villa Castello is a creation born from the love of three friends, each coming from different experiences, united by a deep passion for wine.

At Tenuta Villa Castello, our mission is to create wines that stand out from conventional types. Vernora

Nestled at an altitude of 436 meters above sea level, near the nucleus of Castel San Pietro, Tenuta Villa Castello is home to an extraordinary portion of land known as Vernora . This pristine vineyard is enriched by the majestic presence of Mount Generoso, whose rich limestone soil is the secret of the extraordinary minerality that characterizes our wines.

Our vineyard extends over almost 2 hectares, and its unique position under Mount Generoso creates the ideal conditions for growing the best grapes. At Tenuta Villa Castello we carefully select the grape varieties that thrive in our terroir.

Our vineyard is mainly cultivated with Merlot and Chardonnay grapes. These varieties are meticulously cultivated to produce wines that reflect the essence of our land.
