We accompany our vines in a healthy and reasonable way. Our 4 hectare vineyard has been cultivated organically since 2012. Our vines and our wines have been certified since 2015 by Ecocert. Natural precipitation occurs over time. No filtration, no sticking. The refermentation in the bottle is done without the addition of food for the sourdough. Zero dosage on all wines.
