New winegrowers established since the summer 2019, Régis and Aude-Reine Anouil cultivate a very small estate (2.6 ha), certified in organic, at Ambierle, on the Monts de la Madeleine (AOC Côte Roannaise), in the Loire department (42).
In the vineyard, their agronomy aims to achieve: strengthen life in the soil: no-till, agroforestry and phytotherapy.
In the cellar, the logical continuation of their agronomic choices is to vinify without any input.
The harvest is manual and the fermentations are spontaneous with native yeasts.
The aging lasts on average twelve months, and the wines are bottled when ready.
The wines are neither fined, nor filtered, nor sulphitized. Nothing but grapes, pure juice! Interventionsat a minimumto let life express itself.
No orange wines at the moment.
