The estate, Les Vignes de Gaïa, was born in 2019 after acquiring a plot of land. Congénies, in Gard (North-west of Nîmes) and in July 2022, I created a company of wine merchant: Ampélos Phi.

This new company allows me, today, to buy grapes on the vine, labeled Demeter and while paying attention to the quality of the grapes. and without losing my philosophy: healthy vines or biodiversity. reigns, organic farming, manual harvesting. It’s not just a purchase of grapes and “ basta! » All year round, I am alongside the winegrower. I have a discreet approach to his treatments, his management of the vines, while practicing pruning together.

My main motivation is to produce wines that reflect my identity. I make lively wines, refreshing wines, wines without the hassle, wines with a touch of flavor. enjoy with pleasure... In short, wines that I particularly like.

My vines are managed with respect and observation where Biodiversity reigns, I only use copper and sulfur as treatment and depending on the cases I use manure and herbal teas. Mostly grassy, the plots are home to sheep during the winter.

My cellar is located at Vauvert. The wines are made with native yeasts, with little intervention in winemaking. They are naturally clarified, unfined, unfiltered, with little or no sulfate and made with a lot of love.
