Three biodynamic vineyards owned by one family on small hillside sites that are 4km apart in North Canterbury, New Zealand. Our work in the vineyards is done by hand and we make our wines naturally in the cellar. We wish to make wines that are alive, pure and express their specific site. We do not filter or fine, nor manipulate or add additives to the wines, except half of our wines have a minimal dose of sulphur at bottling. We also have a restaurant on our Home Vineyard which serves local, organic and seasonal produce with our wines.
