North of Montpellier, the Domaine de Mortiès is located 200 meters above sea level on the southern slope of Pic Saint Loup in a valley with exceptional biodiversity. The vineyard is made up of 14 hectares of vines with the Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault grape varieties for red and rosé wines and Roussanne, Rolle, Viognier for white wines, cultivated biodynamically, The soils are grassed, grazed from the end of the early spring harvest by cows. The harvest is manual, the vinification carried out with indigenous yeasts. No input other than low doses of sulphites.
