A Roditis from the mountainous vineyards of Aegialia that brings out all the typical features of the region and the humble but charismatic variety. Wine of exceptional quality that can accompany our daily table. Moderate lemon-green color, with pleasant aromas of apple, pear, citrus and very distinctive notes of minerals. Relatively light body with enough freshness, although the acidity is moderate. The apple flavors are more intense in flavor and are complemented by desserts of dough. Déjà c'est grec. Trop d'amour donc pas très objective..le nez est frais peut être un peu trop arômes de pomme verte et citron. En bouche l'attaque est nette, minérale une acidité bien maîtrisée mais une longueur qui peine à s'étendre. Un vin appréciable avec des mezés et grecs SVPL
