Bodega Toral is located in a unique location on the north face of the Sierra Nevada at an altitude of 1100m, thanks to which the temperature contrast between day and night can vary up to almost 20ºC in summer, which helps us create natural wines with personality. and an ideal balance between alcohol and acidity for its perfect conservation. We are in a BandLands land made up of clay (cave terrain), silt and boulders, in it we have an extension of almost 4 hectares in which there are 10 different varieties of grapes and some unique ones, such as Torrontés (native grape from the area) and Cinsault (a French grape adapted to Granada). From the work in the vineyard to the work in the winery, everything is natural (without chemicals or pesticides) and made by hand, in the vineyard we use a tractor to eliminate the grass, and in the case of pests such as Galeruca, Eliminate by hand by checking each of the strains. With total respect for nature. Our thought is: "Wine is not made in the cellar, it is made in the vineyard". We want to say that our way of working is to produce a high-quality grape, eliminating up to 60% of the green bunches for a higher concentration of components, and simply letting the juice of said grape ferment in the winery. Taking control of said fermentation and its parameters, without adding any type of additive and 0% sulfites.
