We live on our small, certified organic estate, with our donkeys, goats and sheep, dogs and cats, cultivating vines, orchards, vegetable gardens and aromatic plants and flowers.
Our cuvées are 100% natural: no fining, no filtering, no other inputs.
We are also specialized in the picking and preparation of local edible wild plants for 30 years, fruit trees, therefore bees, Walnuts for walnut oil, chestnuts, fig trees, olive trees, German medlar, aromatic and medicinal plants, Pomeranian ducks and geese. Diepholz. We have given plant classes for Unipop Aigle and on our own, buffets and meals at various events, festive and specialized markets - Ballenberg Museum, Alimentarium Vevey, Château de Prangins, Bucoliques in Ollon etc.
Why then edible wild plants? To rediscover ancestral tastes that have been dethroned by the current culinary globalization. We live in close contact with the spontaneous nature that surrounds us, picking, preparing, developing our products ourselves and practicing direct sales. We therefore canned to prolong the pleasure beyond the seasons, in a natural way, without diluting and humiliating the product by the introduction of "clones" of good taste. These reserves allow us to celebrate bountiful nature with simplicity and memories of bygone seasons will come back to us like a postcard reminds you of a place once visited. Thus we rediscover the "terroir" of our ancestors, culinary pleasures and guarantees of health.
We work with respect for nature and its biodiversity, limiting ourselves to the quantities that we can pick and work ourselves to avoid any form of industrialization.
