2-man biodynamic winery in the steep slopes of Rosswag. 4 ha old vines grow on blue shell limestone terraces that cannot be driven on, where only manual work is possible. The main grape variety is the local Lemberger variety (Blaufränkisch in Austria). All vineyards are greened all year round with wild herb and flower mixtures. No machine reading. The wines are fermented spontaneously and bottled unfiltered. The expansion takes place in old used wooden barrels.
