Our vines in Morgon and Beaujolais-Villages are worked exclusively with horses, and cared for without synthetic products, organic and biodynamic (Demeter 2020 certificate). Our Morgon has been organic for more than twenty years and our vines in Beaujolais-Villages were in conversion as soon as we were set up in 2017. Our vinifications are done as close as possible to nature: fermentation in cement vats, then aging for a few months in oak barrels for Morgon and BV "Sous le sabot". We use very low dose volcanic sulphite to secure the bottling, that's it!
