The Domaine des Hélianthèmes is an agricultural and wine-growing domain in mixed farming (saffron, pomegranates, old tomato, olive, wine) located in the town of Maureillas las Illas (66). The total surface is approximately 10Ha. We also have eco-lodges. The vines are located on the foothills of the Albères massif (Montesquieu des Albères and Sorède). The entire estate is AB certified. We work WITH nature. No pesticides with us (we refuse even organic certified insecticides)! We vinify in our own cellar in Maureillas. In the cellar, the spirit is: Drastic hygiene, zero oxidation objective, No chemistry (just a bit of SO2), cold and classical music (register adapted according to the periods, the vinifs, the weather to the outside...).
