Established since 2016 in La Chapelle-sur-Furieuse, in the northern Jura, I take care of 2.5 hectares of vines. These are located nearby. The cellar is located on a collective farm, the Chenèvre farm.
The grape varieties are: Trousseau, Poulsard, Chardonnay and Savagnin.
The soils of the northern Jura are mostly Kimmeridgian marly limestone.
These are worked on using two Comtoise mares, Laïla and Dzaïla.
The juices are vinified, aged and bottled without any input or sulphites. The vintages are made by plot, and therefore by type of soil. The reds are often blends of Trousseau and Poulsard and the white wines are Chardonnay and Savagnin (since the vines are planted).
