Mikrocantina produces natural wines macerated in amphora. This small independent company creates 3 different types of wine for a maximum production of 3000 bottles. we call them SENSORY WINES.
Spontaneous fermentations are exploited (via the indigenous yeasts of the grape) and we try to intervene as little as possible once the fermentation has started.
As grapes, we use Viognier for WHITE, while Merlot grapes are used to produce RED and ROSE.
No orange wines at the moment.
No sparkling wines at the moment.
