The company was officially born in 2015 from the convergence of the ideas and interests of each family member. The project stems from the need to dedicate oneself to one's own territory, to some extent, to fill it with meaning and resume a concept of living in places that is broad and profound. To concretize this sentiment, Agriculture seemed to us the best and most suitable tool. Binding to the earth was therefore not an escape from anything else, not a refuge but a deliberate choice of creating Value. This has meant taking root in one's own land, accepting its contradictions and difficulties but also the sense of solemnity and respect that it is able to transmit. -The company currently covers an area of about 6 hectares, 4 of which are vineyards. The vineyards are distributed between the territories of Nurri (mainly) and Orroli, at an altitude between 330 and 580 meters above sea level. - The pathogen defense strategy is simple: it involves the exclusive use of products based on copper, sulfur and clays. At the same time, we believe that the care in agronomic management towards individual plants is the first defense tool: guaranteeing aeration, irradiation and ventilation is the strongest tool against adversity. - The management of plants starts primarily with the care of the soil for which two different action strategies have been chosen. An experimental approach was chosen for the new plants, with the introduction of spontaneous grassing and minimally invasive tillage, in order to preserve the vitality of the soil and organic matter, in the widest possible ecological balance. The historic vineyards, on the other hand, are traditionally worked with stripping and tamping, to avoid altering the balance on which they have been masterfully supported for decades. In the latter, however, a meticulous restoration work is being carried out which involves a type of pruning aimed at recreating lymphatic channels free from wounds and a consequent renewed vigor which translates into real well-being for the plants. (The work is carried out with tractors). -We do not have any organic or biodynamic certification. We felt it was not essential but we have set up a relationship with our customers that is based on trust and comparison. However, we do not exclude the possibility, in the future, of obtaining organic certification. (We do not practice biodynamics).

L’Azienda nasce ufficialmente nel 2015 dalla convergenza delle idee e degli interessi di ogni membro della famiglia. Il progetto muove dall’esigenza di dedicarsi al proprio territorio, in qualche misura, per riempirlo di significato e riprendere un concetto di abitare i luoghi che sia ampio e profondo. Per concretizzare tale sentimento, l’Agricoltura ci è sembrata lo strumento migliore e più adatto. Legarsi alla terra perciò non è stata una fuga da altro, non un rifugio ma una scelta deliberata di creazione di Valore. Questo ha significato un radicarsi nella propria terra, accettandone le contraddizioni e le difficoltà ma anche il senso di solennità e rispetto che essa è in grado di trasmettere
-L’azienda si estende attualmente su una superficie di circa 6 ettari, 4 dei quali vitati. Le vigne sono distribuite trai territori di Nurri (in prevalenza) e Orroli, ad una altitudine compresa tra i 330 e i 580 m.s.l.m.
-La strategia di difesa dai patogeni è semplice: prevede l’utilizzo esclusivo di prodotti a base di rame zolfo e argille. Allo stesso tempo riteniamo che la cura nella gestione agronomica verso le singole piante sia il primo strumento di difesa: garantire arieggiamento, irradiazione e ventilazione risulta lo strumento più forte contro le avversità.
-La gestione delle piante parte in primo luogo dalla cura del suolo per il quale sono state scelte due diverse strategie d’azione. Per i nuovi impianti si è scelto un approccio sperimentale, con l’introduzione di inerbimenti spontanei e lavorazioni poco invasive, col fine di preservare la vitalità del suolo e la sostanza organica, in un equilibrio ecologico più ampio possibile. I vigneti storici sono invece lavorati tradizionalmente con scalzatura e rincalzatura, per evitare di alterare gli equilibri sui quali si reggono magistralmente da decenni. In questi ultimi si sta però compiendo un lavoro meticoloso di restauro che prevede un tipo di potatura finalizzata a ricreare canali linfatici liberi da ferite e un conseguente rinnovato vigore che si traduce in benessere vero e proprio per le piante. (Le lavorazioni sono effettuate con trattori).
-Non possediamo nessuna certificazione biologica o biodinamica. Abbiamo ritenuto non fosse fondamentale ma abbiamo impostato con i nostri clienti un rapporto che si basa sulla fiducia e il confronto. Non escludiamo tuttavia la possibilità, in futuro, di ottenere una certificazione biologica. (Non pratichiamo biodinamica).
