VILLA MINNA VINEYARD is a family farm in Provence, located between Sainte-Victoire and the Alpilles (in Saint-Cannat) producing atypical wines, in a confidential and natural way. Since the beginning of the estate in the 1990s, the vines have been grown without herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Our philosophy has always been to work in the most natural way possible and have been certified organic since the 2012 vintage. driven by the momentum of the new generation, the field is today managed according to the principles of Biodynamics. We also have an agroforestry project underway because it is there. a key issue of tomorrow's agriculture, particularly to combat the problem of global warming. The harvest is done at handmade which allows a rigorous selection of the clusters and to preserve the auxiliary fauna as much as possible. Vinification is done exclusively using from native yeasts. As we do not wish to go to Going against nature, we allow malolactic fermentation to take place naturally, which results in very low doses of sulphites (less than a third of what is tolerated by organic regulations) . The MINNA whites are vinified and matured grape variety by grape variety, 30% in barrels (purchased second-hand, reconditioned) and 70% in vats, barreled on fine lees and left to dry.
