Neutral, light and easy going wine. Light bitter lemon touch leaves in the month after taste.
It’s wonderful in 30 degree heat! Lively, surprising, juicy natural. As you like, but will not leave you indifferent. Nose with the usual pickle tone, against a background of citrus fruits, such as kumquat, yellow apples and tropics. Extreme acidity and a surprisingly long finish.
Fresh white wine with citrus fruits note in the nose and an intense stewed apple and yeast taste. Sehr gut!
Sweet first taste, strong yeast on the high - overall fruity and light, good as an Apéro. Gets yeastier with more air.
Fermented and matured on lees in stainless steel tanks and used oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered and dry at 11% alcohol. Lots of citrus and herbal notes. Like it so much!
Like licking your own sweat after an all day lemonade bender. Summer in a bottle, basically.
Bright, acidic, reasonable amount of sediment but overall an excellent easy drinking choice.
