Weingut Höfflin is an 18-hectare family winery based in southern Germany, near the Black Forest in Kaiserstuhl. (Baden). We are organic winegrowers and natural wine producers from the very beginning. Years of experience and a keen sense of winemaking processes characterise the complex and clear character of our wines. We produce handcrafted wines with spontaneous fermentation, skin maceration, reduced sulphite content and unfiltered bottling. Our main grape varieties are Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Souvignier Gris, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blancs.
